TrayVonne McVay, PsyD, MA, has worked in the field of mental health for over 10 years. Dr. McVay has extensive experience in working with substance abuse disorders, trauma, and related mental health disorders. Dr. McVay has worked in both the private and public sectors in the field of mental health, and at various levels of service including outpatient, inpatient, and residential levels of care. Dr. McVay specializes in PTSD, anxiety, depression, and trauma across the lifespan, as well as stress reduction in both personal and professional settings. After being raised for 10 years in the Foster Care system, he understands overcoming adversity.
Dr. McVay has worked extensively with the following populations: children, adolescents, young adults, couples and older adults. Dr. McVay brings a wealth of academic and professional knowledge with a BA in Sociology, an MA in Psychology, and a Doctorate (PsyD) in Applied Clinical Psychology.
Montoya Whitfield, PsyD, MA, has been in the field of mental health for over 12 years. Dr. Whitfield’s experience and knowledge base consists of working within various socio-economic and culturally diverse communities, including private practice settings, residential and outpatient levels of care, and community mental health settings. Dr. Whitfield has a wide range of experience in working with neurodevelopmental and mental health disorders, well-versed in several parenting programs and she specializes in working with individuals diagnosed with autism, anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance abuse, and trauma.
Dr. Whitfield has worked extensively with the following populations: children, adolescents, young adults, couples and families. Dr. Whitfield brings a wealth of academic experience as well, with her BA in Mass Communications, MA in Marriage & Family Therapy, and Doctorate (PsyD) in Applied Clinical Psychology.
